Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept refunds, returns or exchanges after an order has been processed.
Damaged or wrong product items received.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Reach out to us within 48 hours of order delivery at blessings@LovinTouchLLC.com and we will help to get the issue resolved. Lovin' Touch LLC will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges for items replaced.
We will need the following:
1. A photo of the damaged or wrong item.
2. The item number.
3. The tracking number.
